When will the request reach me?

Depending on the shipping company chosen and the responsible in charge of delivery, we provide a group of shipping responsible based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is there delivery outside the country?

At present, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and in some cities specified on the delivery page. You can request delivery outside the country through the store team via WhatsApp by providing the product weight and pricing details for international freight forwarders not currently registered in the store.

What if I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

Please read the return policy to know the conditions for return and exchange. If a defect is confirmed and the return is approved, the company's shipping value is calculated and the freight is returned to the customer. The value of the product itself is handled according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for large-quantity orders, with discounts ranging between 10–20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page to inquire about quantities.
